PRICING

My standard rate is: £350/hour

– a fraction of what technology-law specialists typically charge.

This is possible because Padme Services has:

• no junior associates
• no overhead-heavy structure
• no partner pyramids
• no hidden costs

You pay only for senior, high-end expertise.

Where appropriate, I offer genuine fixed fees

These are not “estimates” or “ranges” or “fixed subject to assumptions”.

Once agreed, the fee does not change — full stop.

This means:

• no surprises
• no caveats
• no difficult conversations
• complete budgeting clarity

Clients repeatedly say this brings real peace of mind.

Having been a General Counsel for 30 years I have “cut the coat with the cloth given to me”. I understand the pressures of legal budgets intimately. A GC must deliver exceptional outcomes with limited resources.

That mindset is built into my practice: I help you achieve more with less, without compromising on quality.

My clients benefit not only from legal expertise but also:

• commercial insight
• operational understanding
• cultural awareness
• negotiation strategy
• experience with both sales and procurement teams
• an ability to bridge gaps and expedite deals

This dual capability – legal + commercial – provides exceptional value.

Whether you are negotiating a major contract or handling a complex issue, I am always happy to structure fees in a way that suits your budget and needs.

Let’s have a conversation about how we can create clarity, predictability, and value.
