For 20 years, I have worked directly with global technology sales organisations — travelling extensively, negotiating complex deals, and supporting aggressive growth targets.

I understand this and can hit the ground running without having to worry about the proverbial “meter running”
• Major Negotiations are often very sensitive for companies as this is a fine balancing act that the in-house lawyer is required to do. Law firms can take over such negotiations, but in my experience as a GC that can often break the bank. I have lived and negotiated contracts all over the world, working with stakeholders of all cultures, background, seniority and position. I am adept at doing the fine balancing act for the in-house team.
