Malcolm Gladwell argued that 10,000 hours makes an expert. Over thirty years at the intersection of technology, law and commercialisation, I have accumulated circa 60,000 hours at the School of Hard Knocks. These are not summaries of articles & cases I have read. They are insights drawn from applying that law — repeatedly, @ the coal face, with real consequences.
